Wolkk is seeking a talented Software Automation Engineer with experience in C# and .NET to join our dynamic team. You will develop state-of-the-art software for the world's largest manufacturer of chillers. This role requires programming skills and a deep understanding of mechatronics and/or robotics to enhance system performance and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain control software for advanced chiller systems using C# and .NET.
- Integrate software solutions with mechatronic and robotic systems.
- Support local operations by collaborating with the global development team.
- Improve chiller controls through hands-on programming and problem-solving.
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL database structures and queries.
- Create and consume RESTful APIs for seamless application communication.
- Ensure system reliability and performance through critical troubleshooting.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of industrial software development experience.
- Proven experience in C# and .NET development.
- Familiarity with C++, Java, or other object-oriented programming languages is a plus.
- Experience with mechatronics and/or robotics.
- Strong background in PLC programming and HMI application development.
- Full software development lifecycle experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
