Create, deploy, and maintain backend services and data pipelines, ensuring they are resilient and highly scalable to meet our growing business needs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, design, infrastructure, and operations) to build new features and products that align with Hangry's business goals.
Diagnose and solve production issues across our systems, improving reliability and performance, and conducting root cause analysis for incidents.
Help define and implement engineering standards and best practices, contributing to a high-quality codebase and efficient development processes.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree of Computer Science or related field.
Work Experience: 3+ years in backend engineering, with experience in building and maintaining distributed systems.
Technical Skill: Proficiency in languages such as NodeJS, Python, Go, with a solid understanding of software architecture and data structures.
Preferred Skill: Proven ability to tackle complex technical challenges and make thoughtful trade-offs, ensuring a balance between technical integrity and business priorities. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams, aligning engineering efforts with company objectives.
