Responsibilities

• Establish/improve software process within the organization and develop guideline and template
• Understand different development methodologies and improve them in accordance with each organization
• Supervise through process tailoring, review and inspection activities of software development tasks
• Analyze measured result based on collect data and find improvement points
• Enhances or Improves methods or procedures and provides coaching to team members to ensure successful outcome
• Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Software Engineer, preferably in financial services
• Experience with different software development methodologies
