We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Security Expert (Lead) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our SAP systems. This role involves managing user access, monitoring security threats, and implementing security measures to protect sensitive data.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in SAP security administration
- Strong understanding of SAP security concepts and best practices
- Experience with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience or knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SAP Basis and ABAP
- Familiarity with IT security frameworks and standards
- Comfortable in dealing with complexity and ambiguity, having experiences in dealing with senior level (Business) people in influencing them to go with SAP SEC standards

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US
- Manage and maintain SAP security roles and profiles
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and threats
- Conduct regular security audits and assessments
- Implement and enforce security policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure compliance with security standards
- Provide support and training to users on SAP security best practices
- Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP security processes
