Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sommelier at Mozaic Restaurant Gastronomic Bali in Ubud. As a Sommelier, you will be responsible for wine pairing, wine sales, and ensuring exceptional food and beverage experiences for our guests. Effective communication and providing expert recommendations will be key to enhancing our guests dining experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in wine pairing and wine sales
- Proven track record as a Sommelier
- Expertise in food and beverage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Experience in high-end dining establishments
- Formal sommelier training and certification is a plus
