Responsibilities:
- Recruit, Train & Supervise a network of partner resellers in the second-hand smartphones industry, including large industry players (suppliers, distributors, brands, manufacturers, repair centers, as well as strategic alternative sources of supply) and multiple independent retail stores
- Secure access to an inventory of second-hand smartphones (all brands, multiple models), negotiate competitive pricing, and consolidate inventory management with key partners
- Secure B2B collaboration agreements for the supply of second-hand smartphones, targeting firms with large numbers of employees
- Strategically define the product mix for key B2B clients, in collaboration with Jagofon suppliers
- Define, continuously optimize, and enforce the rigorous application of internal and external operational processes in liaison with the Tech team
- Oversee the quality control process for all products and the testing of second-hand devices, using a high-quality specialized software
- Oversee the fulfillment of customers orders and the management of customers complaints in liaison with partner resellers, coordinate and oversee the logistics, invoicing, and vendors payment processes
Requirements:
Education:
- 2-4+ years of study in a technical field (electronics/IT, computer sciences, etc.)
- Graduate from a leading Indonesian or Foreign University or demonstrated technical expertise in consumer electronic devices
Experience:
- 5+years of experience in the smartphones/consumer electronics industry and/or in the Indonesian e-commerce space, in a sourcing/trading/operational/sales role: you have a deep understanding of the industry, you know the key players, have a wide industry network at a senior level, and know where and how to secure access to high-quality second-hand smartphones
- You are a leader with management experience or potential and have the desire, energy, and capability to grow with the business and help scale a promising startup. You are an overachiever who is not afraid of diving into the trenches to get things done.
- Previous work experience at a startup is a plus.
