Qualifications:- Minimum age of 23 years old
Excellent communication skill- At least 1 year experience as purchasing
Fluently speak in English is preferable
- Have an excellent Microsoft Office skill
Strong organisational and multitasking skill- Ability to work independently and effectively supervise
Proactive, attention to detail and has a strong integrity
- Have a high responsibility in order to work with the deadline and willingness to learn

Source new suppliers and obtain quotes for materials and services- Track and monitor order status and expedite deliveries as needed
Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Assist in inventory management activities, including stock level monitoring and replenishment
Research potential suppliers- Issuing purchase orders for local
Collect order requests from other departments
