Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand sourcing needs and requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Analytical mindset for assessing supplier capabilities and performance.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in sourcing documentation.
