Bzbz is a Cocktail Bar, and we are opening soon at Gunawarman. Now, we are currently looking for a Sous Chef who is a passionate individual and wants to develop a career in culinary (strictly full-time positions only).

Requirements:

Proven working experience as a Sous Chef/ CDP in a renowned restaurant

Excellent record of kitchen management

Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently

Capable of delegating multiple tasks

Keep up with cooking trends and best practices

Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)

BS degree in Culinary science or related certificate
