Sous Chef to join the team in
Ubud & Berawa.
Leading and supervising the kitchen team, including CDPs, line cooks, and kitchen staff, to ensure efficient and high-quality food production
- Implementing and maintaining strict quality control standards to ensure the highest levels of food quality and safety
Stay updated with culinary trends and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

Preferably Bali-based
- 2 - 3 years experience in a similar position
HACCP Knowledge
- Have high capability of planning, organizing, problem solving, staff managing and time management
Fully competent in all areas of kitchen management- Prepare and produce high quality food using standard recipes and portions set by company qualification
Professional proficient in EnglishJob Type: Full-time
