_Job Summary:_

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as a Spa Therapist. The ideal candidate will have a passion for holistic wellness, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

_Key Responsibilities:_

• Spa Therapist Duties:

Perform a variety of spa treatments, including but not limited to massages, facials, body treatments, and other therapeutic services as per the spa's standards and protocols.

• Assess clients needs and preferences, making informed recommendations on suitable treatments and products.

Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment environment, ensuring all equipment and tools are sanitized and well-maintained.

• Provide aftercare advice and product recommendations to clients, fostering long-term relationships and repeat business.

_Qualifications:_

• Proven experience as a spa therapist with a solid background in various treatments (certification in massage therapy or other relevant qualifications is preferred).

Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally within the wellness or hospitality industry.

• Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

• Proficient in using booking software, point-of-sale systems, and standard office applications.

Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

• Commitment to providing a high level of customer service and a passion for wellness and holistic health.
