Special Projects Manager

If you have aspirations to run a business, lead a team and want to make a meaningful impact through operational change, this is the perfect launchpad. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work on a wide variety of projects aimed at driving growth and change on areas from marketing to sales, customer experience design, digital innovation and people development.

You will be expected to lead projects independently across functions and may be asked to take on leadership/people management roles in Head Office functions or in other Wall Street English Indonesia subsidiaries.

Requirements

Applicant Criteria:

• Experience living (studying or working) outside Indonesia
• 5 to 10 years work experience, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• People management/leadership experience preferred but not essential
• Multi-disciplinary experience preferred (e.g. business development, operations, customer experience design, sales, marketing etc)
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
