Role Summary:
Conduct research to improve, or generate new, products, components, equipment, systems, and processes.
Responsibilities:
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
- Monitor changes in regulations and ensure that R&D activities comply with local and international regulatory requirements for packaging, animal feed, and oils & fats.
- Prepare and review regulatory documentation, including submissions, reports, and correspondence with regulatory agencies (BPOM, Halal, RSPO, etc).
- Provide suggestions for designing laboratory equipment.
- Manage documentation in the SAP system related to research findings, experimental data, and development processes, including Technical Data Sheets and Product Data Sheets.
- Develop and implement sensory protocols and methodologies.
- Ensure sensory evaluation practices comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain documentation and records of sensory testing and results for regulatory and quality assurance purposes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from Science, Chemistry, Food Technology
- Have min. experience 6 years
- Have experience with regulatory, SAP, and BPOM/Halal
