Minimum bachelor degree from industrial engineering or similar.
At least 3 years of working experience in similar position.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, & human resource management skills.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced work environment.

Evaluate the current quality management system and generate new ideas and improvements.
Oversee key projects to help meet target deadlines and achievement expectations.
Ensure delivered products meet customer needs by monitoring and evaluating the production process and machine performance according to the quality plan.
Coordinate and communicate with customers to ensure customer needs are met.
Partner with all business units/teams to achieve KPIs, goals, mission, and company vision.
