Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Receiving briefs from internal and external clients to understand project requirements.
  • Maintaining ongoing communication and relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Handling reporting after project completion, providing insights and analysis.
  • Creating budgets, quotations, and invoices for projects.
  • Identifying opportunities for additional revenue generation and upselling services.
  • Managing all aspects of client projects, ensuring timelines are met.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure project execution.
  • Seeking out opportunities to enhance client relationships.
  • Staying updated on industry trends to improve client service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on KOL and influencer marketing.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
