Responsibilities

Receiving briefs from internal and external clients to understand project requirements.
Maintaining ongoing communication and relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Handling reporting after project completion, providing insights and analysis.
Creating budgets, quotations, and invoices for projects.
Identifying opportunities for additional revenue generation and upselling services.
Managing all aspects of client projects, ensuring timelines are met.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure project execution.
Seeking out opportunities to enhance client relationships.
Staying updated on industry trends to improve client service.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on KOL and influencer marketing.
Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and driving business growth.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
