Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage communications and build relationships with KOLs and agencies for joint collaboration on various campaigns.
- Maintain a good relationship with KOLs and influencers.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and oversee influencer marketing campaigns to promote our new and existing products.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies.
- Construct end-to-end KOL campaigns that support brand initiatives, objectives, and KPIs.
- Implement KOL engagement campaigns by liaising and coordinating with KOLs regarding their requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of KOL campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor KOL performance based on content performance and cost efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, influencer activities, and ROI.
- Perform analysis and provide suggestions to choose the right influencers/KOLs.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 years working experience as KOL Specialist Affiliate Campaign
- Familiar with Affiliate is a mush
- Strong analytical skills to monitor and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
