We are currently seeking talented, business-savvy professionals to join our Finance team, based preferably in Jakarta. This position will present you with outstanding professional challenges, diverse learning opportunities and career growth.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
Assesment Process Mining Initiative
- Conduct High-level assessment and summarize the business case including cost and benefit
- Discussion with Product owner and presentation to governance for the approval
Planning
- Working closely with IT architect for the finalization of effort and solution
Project Delivery
- Design of process improvement solutions including data architecture (data connectivity, collection, data models creation, logics of the analysis)
- Process Analysis and Optimization: 1) Utilize process mining tools to analyze and map existing processes, 2) Identify inefficiencies and propose automation solutions to optimize workflows, 3) Process Analysis from data point (Process Mining, Task Mining)
- Development, testing and deployment of process mining analysis and execution. Front end for SAP Signavio Process Insights and Process Intelligent.
- Continuously look for improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Cooperation with business stakeholders on realizing business objectives related to process improvement.
- Process improvement by using process mining solutions.
- Ongoing support of process improvement solution on process mining platform.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- 5 years of experience in process mining and process improvement
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or a similar role with a focus on process mining and analysis.
- Hands-on experience working with the SAP Signavio process mining tool, including process discovery, analysis, and optimization.
- Prior experience in analyzing and optimizing Account Payable, Purchase to Pay, and Order to Cash processes within an organization.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation.
