Job Title: Sr. Cost Engineer / Estimator (TPC Position)
Job type: Fixed Term Contract
Job Description:
- Prepare multi-disciplinary cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, and services for the project using appropriate tools and systems.
- Discuss, coordinate, and resolve estimating input/queries with project team and subject matter experts available in the organization to ensure quality estimate.
- Ensure all assumptions / clarifications are properly documented.
- Provide support for any selection and optimization study during project development.
- Support project team in identification, evaluation and capture of capital efficiency opportunities and estimate risks.
- Perform complete analysis and cost validations using internal and external benchmarking data, historical indices, and component benchmarking.
- Adopt standard safe work practices and procedures in accordance with the Safety.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; Mechanical, Industrial or other related engineering field.
- Minimum 10 years of prior experience in EPC or Project Management at Upstream Oil & Gas company (PSC).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cost estimation and its execution.
- Solid experience in using cost estimation and cost analysis software.
