The purpose of the (Senior) Analyst InfoSec & Compliance role is to support the InfoSec & Compliance team in the design, development, and enhancement of the Information Management processes.
As we progress on our business transformation journey, the Senior InfoSec Analyst Risk Management will help drive the adoption of risk-based decision making to facilitate our IT transformation. You will also actively support in the definition and monitoring of the enterprise risk management framework with other risk assurance functions.
Your day to day
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for global and market-specific Information Management practices, ensuring the efficient and effective management of company information, both in hardcopy and electronic formats.
- Optimize the use of record management systems and technologies to ensure their correct and efficient application.
- Train the PMI Information Management community in various markets on Information Management technologies and processes.
- Align PMI business processes with records lifecycle management best practices.
- Provide third-level support for business-as-usual (BAU) activities on existing Information Management systems.
- Conduct quality checks and offer insights for continuous improvement.
- Support the implementation of projects within the Information Management domain as an SME.
Who we're looking for
- Proven expertise in the Information Management domain, with a strong commitment to advancing related processes.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a multinational corporation.
- Well-versed in Information Management and project methodologies.
