Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4 years experiences in office interior projects or a related field.
- Proficiency in professional English speaking and writing.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit, and rendering software.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative and practical interior design solutions.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client management abilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist and advise clients on design aspects throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept to final execution.
- Develop and present creative design concepts that align with client needs and brand identity.
- Lead the design team to deliver high-quality and functional interior design solutions within project deadlines.
- Oversee material selection, furniture specifications, and finishes to meet project goals and budgets.
- Communicate design aspect with project stakeholder such as project managers, clients, manufacturers, etc.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Ensure adherence to design standards, project timelines, and budget constraints.
