Job Overview:
We are on a hunt for a Sr. Organization Development (OD) and Talent Management. This role is critical in ensuring that Torch's workforce is effectively managed, developed, and aligned with the company's strategic goals.
Job Role
- Develop and implement OD and talent management strategies aligned with business objectives, lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, culture, and performance, and drive change management processes to support strategic goals.
- Design and oversee leadership development programs to build a robust leadership pipeline, coach and mentor senior leaders and high-potential employees.
- Develop and implement talent retention and succession planning strategies.
- Oversee performance management systems, including setting KPIs, OKRs, and conducting performance reviews.
- Identify and develop strategies to address skill gaps and future talent needs.
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Foster a positive organizational culture that aligns with company values.
- Assess training needs and develop comprehensive learning and development programs, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Use data and analytics to measure the impact of OD and talent initiatives.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
Job Qualifications
- A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field is required, masters degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field is often preferred.
- Min. 5 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, performance management, or a related HR function, with a proven experience in a leadership or senior management role within OD and talent management.
- Able to develop and implement long-term strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to inform decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Expertise in leading and managing organizational change.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of organizational development theories and practices.
- Knowledge of talent management best practices and current trends.
- Familiarity with HR technologies and systems used in talent management and organizational development.
