Collaborate with Sales Team and partner to develop area.
Manage and analyze area and improve number of subscribers and sales efficiency.
Monitoring Direct Sales Force (DSF)/Task force activity.
Collaborate with vendor for manage man power DSF/Task force
Conduct good working relation with community, develop communication's program in Area through sponsorship activities, off air event and marketing event
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address promptly
Training new DSF/Task force (knowledge product, KPI)
Team collaboration
Execute and achieve functional goals given by managers
Work co-operatively with other team members to accomplished delegated tasks assigned by managers
Provide continuous inputs on business process and systems improvement
In order to ensure delegated tasks are completed in timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing, technic or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a focus distribution and manage pople
Experience in developing rural area (kecamatan), new site & LRS
Experience in leading and managing DSF team
Has a good knowledge of Business Process Framework, Application Framework
Having logical thinking and excellent communication abilities (oral and written) to build relationships
Strong in numbers and excellent skills in data analytic
Mastering Ms Excel, Ms Office, Ms Power point
Excellent in technical writing and reporting
Good Interpersonal skill, resilience and always ready for any upcoming challenges
Preferably someone whose home-base in/willing to move to Makassar
