Role Purpose
This position is to fill the vacant RAN Coverage Planning for North Sumatera Region.
General Requirement:
- Responsible for RAN Coverage and Site Planning activity to enable Business Growth align with Company Strategy with Cost Effective Solution.
- Bridge all the requirement from Circle & Regional team related with Radio Network.
- Collaboration with Other Technology team (Operation, Performance, Deployment) and Commercial team to solve any Coverage problem and improve Customer Experience.
- Minimum 10 years work experience in relevant Radio Coverage Planning field and 5 years experience as a team leader.
Skill Requirement:
- Good knowledge/experience with Telecommunications principle/practices both technical and business aspect.
- Very Good knowledge/experience with GSM, LTE, 5G network principles and design.
- Strong knowledge/experience with processes and Radio Planning tools including GIS Tool, involved in the planning and design of mobile networks.
- Strong understanding of RF Planning process in delivering coverage to meet with the target.
- High Presentation Skill for both Technical and Executive contents.
Other Requirement:
- S1 Degree of Telecommunication/Electrical Engineering
- Fluency in English
- Motivated, Curious, Enthusiastic, Positive and Inquisitive to learn new things
- Can be A leader or a team player that has the capability and eagerness to quickly pick up new knowledge in a fast pace with dynamic environment.
