Job Title: Sr. Piping Engineer (TPC Position)

Job Description:
- Responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining quality piping systems for onshore gas facilities and to ensure the budget and schedule are met as per company requirements.
- Perform piping engineering studies such as hydraulic and stress analysis to determine pipe sizing, pressure ratings, and pipe supports, and other studies as required.
- Select appropriate materials for piping applications.
- Provide piping technical deliverables and ensure they are delivered according to the project timeline.
- Review and comment on 3D model, procedures, material classes, vendor data and study reports.
- Interface with contractors, project managers and ensure coordination between mechanical piping and other discipline.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on engineering task.
- Response to any technical query regarding any issues related to piping based on latest standard engineering practice.
- Provide piping engineering reports in a timely manner.
- Provide technical input for tender plan, technical evaluation and presentation related to piping items.
- Ensure proper procedures in place and in line with the standard engineering and statutory requirements.
- Participate in quality control assessments.
- Adopt standard safe work practices and procedures in accordance with the Safety.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelorâs in Mechanical Engineering.
- 20+ years of experience in piping engineering role within Oil and Gas industry with Project experiences covering from Conceptualization, Pre-FEED, FEED, EPC until Operation & Maintenance.
- Excellent Technical knowledge of piping engineering, including material classes, P&ID, piping stress, insulation, PFP and requisitioning of piping components.
- Proficient in mechanical/piping engineering tools/software.
- Good understanding of contracting, procurement and commissioning.
