Currently, we are seeking roles as Sr Program Marketing Manager (Contract-based) to be placed in our global client with the details as following:
Role Summary & Responsibility:
- End-to-end ownership and development of go-to-market strategies, marketing plans and execution to generate demand for company's solutions in Indonesia
- Implement and execute campaigns, take a hands-on approach with events and other marketing activities to promote revenue in partnership with Indonesia Sales, Services leadership and team to achieve business and revenue growth targets.
- Own and lead the marketing efforts, working closely with APAC, ASEAN Marketing and Go-to-Market teams to develop Indonesia marketing plans that integrate with country marketing plans.
- Work closely with Asia Pacific (APAC) Campaign team, digital marketing, vertical marketing, partner marketing, and field marketing to interlock on marketing plan and outcome to increase impact to the business.
- Manage marketing performance by actively reviewing and tracking the ROI for all marketing campaigns, make performance decisions, optimize spending and ROI
- Provide clear and timely update to stakeholders on marketing performance aligned with country business goals
- Work with the communications manager, agency, sales managers, and customers on the communications plan, including customer testimonials, case studies, and press releases.
- Work with third party vendors from the brief, design, and service-level agreement (SLA) through delivery and measurement of marketing campaigns
Qualifications:
- 5-8 year of relevant B2B IT marketing experience specifically having background in IT Enabled Services or Software as a Service
- Experience in practical Program Marketing management
- A creative self-starter who can work effectively within a strong team culture whilst independently managing their own business
- Experience with sales marketing methodologies
- Ability to work in a fast paced, open, collaborative, passionate and driven environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, network internally to get things done and be accountable for their decisions; ensuring all stages of sales cycle are running concurrently; opening pipe; progressing; closing deals; prioritizing tasks
- Demonstrable knowledge of key Return on Investment and Total Cost of Ownership principles

- Degree educated or equivalent academic/work experience
- Willing to work onsite with contract-based arrangement
