Contributing towards strategic and gathering annual business planning, deploying strategies, automation process and various action plans to achieve operations results and reporting (Board of Director, Monthly Operations, Risk Management Committe, etc.) in all operations related.
Provide regular and ad hoc analysis reports on various aspects to related department and the management report.
To be involved in digitization of operations processes and to ensure it is doable.
To ensure that all necessary system enhancement have been identified by users in new business, customer service, post sales service, premium collection and claim within Operations Divisions (for Individual Banca Business, Group Insurance Business, alternate Distributions and Digital platform).
To define change implementation solution and identify gap of system requirements and non-system requirements of each area (end to end process) within the new projects i.e. changes of SOP or updated BAU processes within Operations Divisions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from any major
Having minimum 2 years of experience in operation transformations is preferable
Having experience in insurance industry is preferable
Having the ability to do data analyzed, data reconciliation and reporting, project governance and documentation, business case and budgeting related to Project
Advanced in Ms. Office (excel, word, power point, Visio, etc.)
