The perfect candidate is an experienced team player in the Adtech ecosystem with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. This person can deliver results under pressure, work independently, take ownership and responsibility for the growth and ROI of the accounts, and leverage sales opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Introduce Appnext platform & products to potential local App Advertisers
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from initial reach-out to commercial agreements
  • Own and oversee new customers onboarding process and lead them to a successful partnership
  • Manage long-term trusted relationships, advise and consult your customers on a regular basis, create a win-win partnership
  • Cross/up-sell onboarded customers

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of sales experience in mobile performance environment at the Indonesian market must
  • 3+ years experience in the mobile Adtech industry - must
  • Contacts and a strong network of direct advertisers & agencies - must
  • Experience with ad sales for performance advertising (app user acquisition campaign)
  • knowledge of traffic analytics services - AppMetrica, Adjust, Appsflyer, MyTracker - must
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills, able to present complex data clearly and professionally- must
  • Excellent negotiation skills - must
  • Working experience in an advertising agency, in a brand or own experience in traffic arbitrage in the Indonesia - advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent - advantage
  • Based in Jakarta
