Carry out analysis/study activities on RFI, to provide general information to clients on solution product needs
Coordinate with the delivery/security engineering team regarding the implementation of POC (such as configuration, use cases, etc.) to convince clients of the solution products offered
Establish good relationships and coordinate with the Principal regarding the implementation of new product training for the delivery/security engineering team to ensure the same understanding and is carried out in an integrated manner
Carry out RFP activities in coordination with the delivery/security engineering team in the form of preparing detailed technical proposals (including analysis/study of the scope of work, determination of the number of resources and man-days) and submitting them to superiors for review
Participate in proposal presentation activities to clients to support solution product sales activities
Coordinate regarding handover to the delivery process to ensure the project is implemented on time according to the agreed timeline
Coordinate and handle complaints from clients regarding disputes over the scope of work to increase customer satisfaction
Follow technological trends/developments according to the field area
Requirements
Minimum Bachelors Degree in all majors
Minimum 5 years in the field of cyber security sales as a sales/consultant
Good understanding of several IT Products Knowledge
Good understanding of Cyber Security Framework (5 Cycles)
Advanced in tailoring top IT Solutions (Infrastructure, Network, & System Adm)
