STA - Knowledge Management Specialist
Program Background
The
Kemitraan Indonesia Australia untuk Infrastruktur (KIAT) is a 10-year facility supported by the Australian Government and implemented by DT Global . KIAT's overarching goal is to support sustainable and inclusive economic growth through improved access to infrastructure for all people. To support this goal, KIAT works with the Government of Indonesia (GoI), Government of Australia, the private sector, Multilateral Development Banks (MDB) and other development partners, as well as civil society to help achieve the following outcomes:
- Improved GoI policy and regulatory framework for infrastructure development
- High quality projects prepared and financed by GoI, the private sector and / or MDBs
- High quality infrastructure delivery, management, and maintenance by GoI
- Infrastructure policies, design and delivery are more inclusive for women and people with disabilities
- Improved policy, planning and design results in lower-emission, more climate-resilient infrastructure
The focus of KIAT is on the following areas: Water and Sanitation; Transport; Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI); and Infrastructure Funding and Financing. KIAT is also expanding its infrastructure activities in the areas of climate change, urbanisation, and private sector participation.

The Role
The purpose of the Knowledge Management Specialist position is to support KIAT's knowledge management needs to ensure effective knowledge capture and transfer in the context of KIAT's closure in June 2026.
KIAT may select several candidates for the position to form the basis of an advisory pool for selected assignments with specific tasking and duration.

About You
Essential
- At least 10 years of professional experience in knowledge management, communications, information and archival studies;
- Experience in developing and executing knowledge management strategies for development projects or infrastructure projects for donor-funded programs, experience in project closures is an advantage;
- Experience in developing publications and creative visual communications;
- Good command in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Good understanding of infrastructure development is an advantage.
Desirable
- Available to start immediately.

Remuneration
Engaged under a local contract in IDR, and will be subject to Indonesian employment regulations and tax obligations.
