Accountant Staff
We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team and play a key role in supporting our financial operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial records through meticulous record-keeping, analysis, and reporting.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accounting, Finance records and Files
- Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g. by AP, AR, assets, liabilities and expenses)
- Generate invoice and merge with supporting documents
- Manage daily operation payments
- Detail-oriented, responsible, disciplined and able to work individually and as a part of a team
- Enforcing internal control procedures and policies
- Safeguarding company assets
- Tax compliance and reporting
- Report preparation & analysis
- Reconciling student admissions and recapitulating student admissions & Invoicing for school partner
- AP, AR and Bank Reconciliation
Job Requirements
- Min. Diploma Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Certified for Brevet A & B
- Fresh graduates or active student in kelas karyawan are welcome. Having min.1 year of experience is a plus
- Knowledge of finance-accounting business process
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate financial record-keeping, data entry, and reporting.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to convey financial information clearly to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
- Experience in using Accurate Systems & Internet Banking
- Excellent computer and Ms. Office Skills
