- Ability to analyze problematic package cases.
- Familiar with logistics workflow.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting targets.
- Preference for those with prior experience in L2 or case follow-up teams.
- Minimum educational background: Associate's Degree (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar field.
- Proficient in using MS Office (especially MS Excel).
