Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide mechanical simulations and solutions for edge-cutting flash memory products.
• Develop inhouse structural simulation automation platform based on commercial softwares (e.g. ANSYS, Abaqus).
• Predict and define structural risks and mechanisms using simulation tools for electronic packaging design, assembly and reliabilities.
• Material characterization for simulation accuracy and efficiency improvement

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• PHDor Master with 5+ year'sexperience (PHD is preferred)
• Education background in mechanical Engineering, mechanics and material science, etc.

SKILLS:

• Professional in programing with Python or other languishes (Python is preferred)
• Have a basic knowledge in algorithm and coding ofmachine learning, AI.
• Have a good understanding in solid mechanics, finite element method, material mechanical behaviors.
• On-hand experience in mechanical simulations is preferred (SolidWorks/ANSYS/ABAQUS).
• Be outgoing, and eager to learn, innovate and succeed.
