Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Exim at Indoarab Interprise. The Staff Exim will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to import and export operations. This includes coordinating with suppliers and customers, preparing and processing shipping documents, managing logistics and transportation, and ensuring compliance with customs regulations. The Staff Exim will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, resolving any issues that arise during the shipping process, and continuously improving import and export procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of import and export regulations and procedures
• Experience in coordinating with suppliers and customers
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing shipping documents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in the logistics or shipping industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
