Core Responsibility :Responsible for checking distributors cost.Responsible for make a cost summary that will be posted monthly per distributor, as a reference for making cost reports.Responsible for confirmation of discounts which will be sent to the logistics department every month.Cross check the cost reports that have been input before sending them to each distributor.Checking the completeness and correctness of company data and collateral data submitted by distributors.Familiar with EAS System, Input the budget into the EAS system every month and Ensure that each subsidiary inputs the budget for the following month according to the specified time.Other work assign from Superior.Key Qualifications :Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance.Minimum 2 years experience in related field.Good knowledge in Financial, marketing and reporting.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Mandarin and English.Strong MS Excel Skills.Willing to be located in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta.
