- Minimum education Bachelor Degree Pharmacy, preferably Pharmacist.
- Minimum 2 years experience as Plant Manager.
- Understand GMP and CDOB and regulations related to critical support facilities.
- Experienced in the new factory GMP certification process.
- Have good responsibility and leadership.
- Able to coordinate with all parts below.
- Able to make factory operational planning.
- Have good organizational and communication skills.
