Job Description

Responsibilities

Monitor stock levels in all stores, ensuring optimal inventory to meet customer demand without overstocking.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to verify accuracy of inventory records and identify discrepancies.
Implement and maintain effective stock control procedures and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Analyze inventory reports and trends to make informed decisions regarding stock replenishment and turnover.
Work closely with store managers and procurement teams to coordinate stock transfers, manage reorders, and address inventory issues.
Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements, update records, and generate reports.
Prepare and present inventory reports to management, highlighting stock levels, turnover rates, and any concerns.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in stock control, inventory management, or a similar role; with a focus on the FMCG category in e-grocery.
Strong understanding of stock opname.
Understanding the UOM (Unit of Measure) for each FMCG product; is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret inventory data and trends.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of stock management.
Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with store teams and management.
Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
