Responsibilities
Company Profile:
The client is a gold jewelry manufacturer that has been serving the Indonesian community since 1981. The client provides an e-commerce website, a Tokopedia Official Store, and a Shopee Mall to facilitate easy, comfortable, and secure online gold jewelry shopping.
- Oversee and manage all operational activities of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new employees to ensure they are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports to monitor performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strategically focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education of a Diploma (D3) in any field
- Attractive and proportional appearance
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the retail industry
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Store Leader or Store Coordinator
- Strong analytical skills regarding store performance
- Proficient in basic computer programs (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and Ms. PowerPoint)
- Willing to work in shifts and on a rotational basis
