A natural body care brand based is looking for Store Manager to be responsible for its shops and sales operations.
Job Description:
- Developing stores sales strategies to raise customers pool, expand stores traffic and achieve sales targets.
Ensuring that each shop is well-stocked by maintaining product inventory in each shop.- Following up on sales enquiry from wholesaler, consignment shops and reseller.
Creates a high-performance culture in store by setting clear expectations and targets, analyzing team performance, holding team members accountable and giving appropriate and prompt feedback, including actively managing poor performance.
- Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff.
Optimize profitability by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.- Overseeing the daily operations of stores, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively.
Leading the team in maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase store profitability by developing promotional material, business strategies and marketing campaigns.
Developing weekly and monthly sales reports from different offline sales channels, including shops, wholesalers, consignment stores, and resellers.
The ideal candidate should have:- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree, from any major university.
Having experience of a minimum 2 years in Supervisory or Managerial role. Experience as a store manager in retail industry or FMCG is highly preferred.
- Good communication in English.
High energy, possess good customer service and drive in achieving sales target.- Strong leadership, communication skills, and ability maintaining team.
Have a creative knack and eyes for details.
- Experience in visual merchandising is a major plus.
Benefit: Salary + Commission based on sales target
