The
Store Manager drives operational excellence within multiple stores, ensuring consistent execution of strategies and optimization of the operational dimensions (planning & effective communications, business performance & analysis, inventory management, workforce management, training & development, coffee & culture).

Key Responsibilities:_
- Business Performance & Analysis:
Drives sales growth and profitability within the assigned area.
- Conducts regular performance analysis to identify and address gaps for improvement.
Implements inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocks.
- Monitors goods movement and makes necessary adjustments.
Implements effective staffing plans to meet operational needs.
- Recruits, hires, and develops high-performing store management teams.
Identify needs and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Ensures knowledge transfer and skill development within the area.
Ensure ongoing coaching and mentorship to foster employee growth and development in the area.
Drives exceptional customer experience across all outlets within the area.- Ensures consistent delivery of high-quality products, services, and store environments.
Implements strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.
- Monitors customer feedback and initiates corrective actions to address issues promptly.
Reinforces Tanamera's coffee culture, mission and core values, and brand identity.
- Creates a positive and engaging work environment in all stores.
- Planning & Effective Communication:
Develops and implements area-specific operational plans.
- Communicates effectively with store managers and support teams.
Coordinates with other departments to achieve business objectives.
_Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-unit retail or restaurant management.- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership and people management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).- Knowledge of inventory management systems and financial reporting.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Passion for coffee and the Tanamera brand.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
* Willingness to travel to multiple store locations within the assigned area.
