Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that work order planning is within the agreed 24 hours upon production request
- Manages work orders including sequence changes
- Review work order's system transaction accuracy and completion
- Prioritize Work orders distribution to store
- Check on work order pick status from store
- Daily check on work order shortages and NCM replacement, ensure replenish of materials from store on time
- Working relationship with material and production team
- Activate receiving team to expedite urgent parts for productions that are reported in the urgent tracker report (hot part)
- Expedite urgent items to production after QC accepts
- Work with shipping for sell back part
- Work with IT on issues concerning work order issues
- Communicate with 3rd party warehouse (3PL)
- Coordinate special/ad hoc delivery
- Weekly monitor of work order forecast, highlight to supervisor when seeing abnormal changes
- Quarterly capacity discussion
Educational/Certification Requirement:
- Minimum Degree in Logistics or equivalent studies
Experience Requirement:
- Preferably 2 years experiences of similar working experience, preferred in manufacturing industry. Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
- Basic knowledge of PC skills (Microsoft Excel, Words, Powerpoint)
- ERP (eg. SAP) experience is preferred
Able to work in warehouse environment and communicate with multiple departments
