REQUIREMENTS
- Experience as a Store Supervisor or in a similar role in the F&B industry.
Strong leadership and team management skill.- Excellent customer service skill.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in POS systems and other relevant software.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Ensure exceptional customer service is always provided, addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively.
Oversee the daily operations of the floor, including scheduling, inventory control, and staff management.
- Work towards achieving sales targets, implementing strategies to boost sales, and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement.
* Supervise cashiers, ensure accuracy in transactions, and manage the cash register.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with relevant departments for restocking.
