REQUIREMENTS- Experience as a Store Supervisor or in a similar role in the F&B industry.
Strong leadership and team management skill.- Excellent customer service skill.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in POS systems and other relevant software. Ensure exceptional customer service is always provided, addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively.- Oversee the daily operations of the floor, including scheduling, inventory control, and staff management.
Work towards achieving sales targets, implementing strategies to boost sales, and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Supervise cashiers, ensure accuracy in transactions, and manage the cash register.
* Monitor and manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with relevant departments for restocking.
