Job Responsibilities:
- Training plan formulation: According to the group's development strategy, responsible for the training needs of regional stores in Indonesia, design and develop comprehensive training plans and materials to improve the professional skills and service quality of the store team
- Cultural adaptability: Understand and respect Indonesian culture, adjust training content and methods according to the cultural characteristics of different regions, and ensure the effective implementation of training programs
- Training implementation: Develop training manuals and training guidelines, organize and implement training activities, including but not limited to new employee induction training, sales skills, customer service, product knowledge, etc
- Operation support: Provide continuous training support to ensure that the store team can effectively apply what they have learned in training and improve the overall performance of store employees
- Cross-department collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure that training programs are consistent with company strategy and business goals
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years of retail industry training experience, preference will be given to those with overseas (Indonesia) store training experience
- Fluent communication skills in Indonesian, able to be used as a working language, proficient in Indonesian, English or Chinese
- Have experience in writing retail industry training manuals, training guidelines and other related materials
- Have an in-depth understanding of store operations and be able to provide effective operational support and improvement suggestions
- Willing to accept work arrangements based in Indonesia and able to adapt to different working environments and cultural differences
- Have excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to work effectively with team members from different backgrounds
