YOUR ROLE

The Science and Lab Solutions (SLS) is a business division of Life Science. It provides a more seamless experience to customers as they continue to benefit from our scientific expertise and access to one of the broadest portfolios in the industry.

In this role, you are to develop new business, execute a sales plan, and support the growth strategy to achieve sales targets via intensive and well-structured account planning for these strategic accounts. You will also develop sales pipelines and submit sales forecasts on time.

You will work closely and directly with customers (end-users) to proactively pursue and follow up on sales opportunities and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver customer solutions and improve customer experience.

WHO YOU ARE

Have professional experience min 5 years in Sales and/or Marketing in the chemical or life science industry
Able to speak active English
Able to work with Microsoft Office software in a business environment.
Proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision either as an individual or as a team in a matrix organization.
Good learning agility and a fast-learner
Minimum bachelors degree in a life science-related field (Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology).
Have a good market knowledge of life science and chemicals business and experience in developing business within Strategic customers.
Strong business acumen with advanced sales competency includes developing new business, building relationships with different levels, and prioritization
Good communication skills and has capability of bridging external and internal stakeholders in building new big opportunities.
Used to work with Customer Relationship Management tools such as SFDC is preferred
