Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring achievement of B2B sales by acquiring new clients and expanding business from existing clients.
  • Building and managing strong relationships with clients and helping business unit with continuous feedback
  • Communicating new product/service developments/offerings to prospective clients
  • Multitasking across internal and external stakeholders to ensure synergies and seamless handover of a client from lead generation to contract closure stage
  • Regular update of all clients on CRM and/or other platforms

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or any relevant fields
  • 3-5 years experience as B2B sales professionals with excellent track records
  • Industry background: Banking, Finance, Technology
  • Exposure with IT and/or HR product & services in general would be an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Strong drive to achieve and exceed individual and company sales target
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and coordinate with other relevant teams
  • Confident, diligent, strategic, empathetic, persistent
