Ensuring achievement of B2B sales by acquiring new clients and expanding business from existing clients.
Building and managing strong relationships with clients and helping business unit with continuous feedback
Communicating new product/service developments/offerings to prospective clients
Multitasking across internal and external stakeholders to ensure synergies and seamless handover of a client from lead generation to contract closure stage
Regular update of all clients on CRM and/or other platforms
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or any relevant fields
3-5 years experience as B2B sales professionals with excellent track records
Industry background: Banking, Finance, Technology
Exposure with IT and/or HR product & services in general would be an advantage
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Strong drive to achieve and exceed individual and company sales target
Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and coordinate with other relevant teams
