Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or equivalent
Have proficient knowledge of BRM (Business Relationship Management), PLM (Product Life Cycle Management), and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is required for this position
Strong project management skills and ability to take responsibility for the conception, planning, and execution of projects
Have a good understanding of software project management and data analysis (query, Power BI, etc.)
Experienced in working in a manufacturing company and/or handling the system related to the sales business process is highly preferable
Proven track record of completing projects where you are the initiator
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in English
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Transform and identify the new business process or improvement opportunities on the current business process by researching, analyzing, and making strategic planning
Responsible for all aspects of proposed new business process implementation, including IT System Development that supports its new business process
Take responsibility for the delivery of project elements with minimal supervision
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans
