Job Purpose:
Lead and develop company-wide quality management systems, oversee risk management practices, enhance performance management, and support strategic projects initiated by the CEO to drive business growth and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Management: Create and standardize procedures, document processes, and ensure effective dissemination across the company.
- Risk Management: Analyze, mitigate, and audit risks; propose process improvements.
- Performance Management: Design performance strategies, set KPIs, and standardize evaluation.
- Special Projects: Implement strategic projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective outcomes.
Required Competencies:
- Expertise in Quality and Risk Management systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in top consulting firm and handling several types of client is a must.
