Job Description:
A person that actively engage online communities via social media / social network. Increase company, brand, and/or product awareness. Create and publish or share contents to build up meaningful connections with community members. Collect and analyze appropriate social data, insights and best practices to provide data for improvement.
Responsibbilities:
- Strategic Planning: Developing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the organization's objectives. This involves setting clear goals, defining target audiences, and outlining the tactics needed to reach those goals.
- Campaign Management: Designing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns. This includes working on campaign messaging, channel selection, and performance monitoring.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with other departments such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure that marketing strategies are integrated and support overall business objectives.
- Customer Insights: Gathering and analyzing customer feedback and insights to better understand their needs and preferences. This helps in refining marketing strategies and improving customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proficient in managing large volumes of inbound messages and evaluating campaign performance.
- Proficient in utilizing key social media platform guidelines.
- Proficient in leading participants in the social media conversations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail oriented, good communicator and quick learner.
