The Strategic Partnership Lead at Paperid will be responsible for driving competitive advantage, product stickiness, and customer delight through strategic partnerships. This role requires a deep understanding of the company's vision and goals, as well as the ability to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage partnerships that align with these objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in business development and partnership management, with the ability to collaborate with senior management and key internal stakeholders to structure, gain approvals for, and execute partnerships. This individual will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with potential partners and explain Paperid's concept and synergy to their business objectives.
Skills & Qualification
- Networking and referrals to identify and develop new partnership opportunities
- Excellent partnership management skills to negotiate and execute strategic partnerships
- Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset to evaluate partnership opportunities and drive business growth
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Banking, Accounting, or related fields
- 2-5 years of experience in Business Development/Partnership, with a proven track record of success
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior management and potential partners
- Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset, with the ability to drive business growth and identify new partnership opportunities
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships to drive competitive advantage, product stickiness, and customer delight
- Collaborate with senior management on planning and forecasting business strategy regarding strategically complementary vertical
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders to structure, gain approvals for, and execute partnerships
- Engage with potential partners to explain Paperid's concept and synergy to their business objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive business growth and identify new partnership opportunities
- Provide strategic input to senior management on partnership opportunities and business growth
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive partnership development and execution
- Develop and implement partnership metrics and analytics to measure partnership performance and drive business growth
