What You'll Do
- Participate actively and provide consultation in consumer research, brand, social, and sales analytics discussions.
- Ensure that our work aligns seamlessly with client metrics, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
- Responsible for writing the formal brief and for providing the ideal environment for creative development. He / she combines market data, qualitative research and product knowledge within a brief to enable the creative team to produce innovative ideas that will reach consumers, especially in digital sphere.
- Perform competitive analysis of brands, experiences and campaigns using analytics, work with account teams and experience strategy teams to identify new ideas and opportunities with existing client
- Leads, mentors and delegates to the junior planners/planners
- Participate and consult in all consumer research and brand/social/sales analytics conversations, ensuring our work is always aligned with the metrics of our clients
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Strategic Planning Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Brand Architecture, Qualitative & Quantitative Research Methodologies, Strategic Marketing, and Brand Management.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.
